Sally incorporates both movement and mindset training to help her clients not only reach their goals but also confidently maintain a healthier lifestyle.

When I first started with Sally I had never even stepped foot into a gym. They always seemed like a scary place to me due to having no idea about how to use equipment ect. My first intro with her straight away made me feel comfortable and confident. Anything I didn't understand Sally would explain clearly on how to use the equipment and what its purpose was. Her knowledge on healthy food and lifestyle is really motivating and proves eating real food doesn't have to be boring. Shortly after I started training I fell pregnant with my second baby and continued to train up until 35weeks. The difference with my second pregnancy from my first has been dramatically different with energy levels, strength, health, weight and over all just feeling happy and confident. I am so grateful I met Sally and can't wait to get back into it after giving birth. Hands down best trainer and great person!
