When I typed health food aisle in google – Coles Gluten free products came up

If you have not been tested and aren’t a cealic then why should we be eating gluten free?

Most of the times if we eat nutritious foods and focus on:fibre in vegetable, protein, complex carbs and good fats and limit process foods chances are you will be feeling better.

Do your research, the latest trends aren’t always evidence based and companies at the end of the day need to make money so they will put a label and carefully structured word to get you to buy

1. Figure out your individual goal ie fat-loss, increase lean muscle

2. Stick to your basic foundations fibre, protein, carbs, fats

3. Keep it simple and don’t stress

4. Exercise
